My Service
Is your career in a transition? Are you considering buying a business? Either way, you owe it to yourself to have a conversation with William.
As a career transition coach, William educates people to make an informed and intelligent decision about whether to become a business owner. He guides clients through analytical exercises to help separate facts from emotions. He helps clients clarify their long-term income, lifestyle, wealth, and equity goals and creates a profile of possibilities for them. If clients want to review business models, William introduces franchises in line with their goals, skill sets, likes, dislikes, etc.
Then, William’s priority is to challenge clients to perform thorough due diligence and “think outside the box” to find answers to their questions before making a decision. He steers clients through any financial hurdles and all of the details necessary to open their doors.
William works on behalf of his clients and represents their interests unlike franchise brokers who represent the franchisor. Best of all, William’s fees are paid by the franchisor when a client is awarded a franchise. Due to Federal Trade Commission regulations, the cost to purchase a franchise is the same with or without using a coach or broker.
About Me
William has over 25 years of experience in Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer roles. He is a results driven executive who grew one company from $1.5 to $20 million in revenue in less than a decade and sold the company to a national firm. He took a start-up retail chain to 8 stores in two years and orchestrated its sale to a NYSE company. After working for others for years, William decided he wanted to own a business and became a franchisee and coach with The Entrepreneur’s Source so he could help potential business owners learn from his experiences.
